Mayni Corp is a corporate advisor focused on companies operating in the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean. The corporate structure is made up of Mayni Capital LLC (USA), Mayni Corp SA (Panama) and Mayni Asesores SAC – Mayni Assset Management SAC (Peru). Mayni was founded in early 2014 by an experienced small group of bankers with the objective of providing high-quality specialized financial services.
Mayni is an Independent Corporate Advisor, focused on Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Raising and Asset Management in a variety of industries and across the Americas.

With over a half-century of combined experience as an investment banker, our Managing Directors have completed on average 4 corporate finance advisory transactions per year – in the small to mid-size companies – in Latin America and USA.
Transactions include sales to private & public strategic buyers, private equity firms, private investment funds, family offices, and high net-worth individuals.
Founder of MAYNI CORP (Mayni Asesores Perú, Mayni Corp Panamá and Mayni Asset Management Sociedad Gestoroa de Inversión Funds). He has more than 18 years of professional experience in the financial system Investment Banking and Asset Management – regional in Latam.
Paul has carried out various M&A and financing processes in the Medium and Large Company segment throughout Latin America. In addition to having successfully achieved restructuring processes of companies with regional operations, related to the Mining, Fishing and Agro-export sectors.
Paul Rojas
Founder of ACTIVA CAPITAL GROUP, he has more than 25 years of professional experience in the American capital market, providing Private Banking and Investment Portfolio Management services for Family offices and Ultra High Net Worth individuals.
Franco has held management positions in securities intermediation and financial advisory institutions, under FINRA regulation. Gaining extensive experience in issuing securities in the capital markets, as well as structuring customized investment funds.
Franco Castro
Senior Associate at Mayni Asesores Perú has more than 10 years of experience in corporate finance and portfolio management (alternative investments), in various industries, especially Mining, Forestry, Health and Exercise, Agroindustrial and Microfinance in Peru and the United States.
Managed to successfully co-manage more than +USD 45 M in private equity funds for MYPES and delivered above-market returns from the first Peruvian Junior Mining Fund (PEN 20 M). He held management positions in areas of investment management and corporate finance at Diviso Financial Grupo, SEAF, Scotiabank, AK Drilling.
Juan Franco
Senior Associate of Mayni Asesores Chile. Alejandro has extensive experience in the financial and various sectors, especially in food, agriculture and wine industries. Expert in origination and execution M&A opportunities, liability restructuring and business partnerships.
Alejandro maintains a wide network of executive contacts (C – suite level) from the main economic groups in Chile and the world. He is currently managing partner at Genoa Capital and Bacchus Advisors. Alejandro has vast experience in investment banking in Chile, in M&A and debt, with local and cross-border businesses.
Alejandro Rivas
Associate Director at Mayni Asesores. Chris has a broad experience in Investment Banking and Private Equity. He has led deal teams and has provided several buy side and sell side advisory services on middle-market M&A assignments and the U.S. Capital Markets (SPACs) across various sectors, including manufacturing, technology and consumer goods, generating value and synergies between the parties.
Chris has a strong background in corporate finance, strategic management and analytics, and leverages his analytical and financial skills to deliver tailor-made solutions to clients and has developed an exceptional of relationships with senior executives across different regions such as Asia, Europe and Americas.
Prior to joining Mayni, Chris has been working with ARC Group in several cross-border transactions, and he also has worked in ResponsAbility Investments, Deutsche Bank in London, and Alpha Capital in New York.
